Payment security by card is ensured by our payment processor which is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certified. Right of withdrawal

The Client has the right to withdraw from a sales contract within fourteen calendar days, without having to provide a reason or pay additional fees. The right becomes effective from the day after the Client receives the package (if multiple packages are involved, the right becomes effective after all the packages have been received by the Client).

The Client must inform CO2 Bike that they want to withdraw by sending a registered mail to our offices and an email to support@co2-bike.com, clearly requesting a cancellation of the sale. A withdrawal form can also be attached to the email, and is available at the following link. Cancelling a sales contract does not generate additional costs, but sending back the product(s) to CO2 Bike is at the expense of the Client.

In the event of a withdrawal, CO2 Bike’s refund is limited to the payments made by the Client to perform the sales contract. No additional cost or fee will be charged to CO2 Bike. The refund will be processed once we receive the product(s) at our offices.

The products have to be sent back in their original packaging with all their accessories and in their original condition. We reserve the right to consider the Client as accountable for any damage or missing parts of the product due to a usage for any other purpose than assess the nature, the characteristics and the proper functioning of the said product. The resulting depreciation can be deducted from the withdrawal refund.
